Hayden Falls Nature Preserve
A compact Columbus nature preserve with a stair-and-boardwalk route to Hayden Falls and a separate accessible overlook above it.
The city directs visitors to a small lot on Hayden Run Road between Dublin Road and Riverside Drive. The lot’s sign says “Griggs Nature Preserve,” which differs from the destination name. From there, the lower waterfall route uses many steps and then a boardwalk. The city separately identifies an accessible overlook above the falls; it does not describe the lower view as step-free or publish a trail distance.
The cliff face supports protected plant species, so the operator says visitors must not climb the falls. Parking space and waterfall flow are not guaranteed. These details come from the operator page rather than a firsthand visit.
